Montblanc Homage to Hadrian Ink - Rosso Antico

Montblanc Homage to Hadrian is part of the Patron of Art series and is the line that the well-known production company has dedicated to Emperor Hadrian .   
Hadrian was one of the most powerful and respected rulers in history. As one of the "five good emperors" he reigned during an era considered by chroniclers to be the happiest of the ancient period. Beginning in 117 AD, Hadrian ruled for 21 years in an empire that spanned three continents. Hadrian ended his predecessors' policy of expansion, stabilised the provinces, and became a great emperor of peace and prosperity. His legacy was immense, as Hadrian invested in infrastructure and the arts in all parts of his enormous kingdom. Not only did Rome and Athens have to thank him for the new buildings and complete restorations, but also many other cities in his empire.
