Consumer rights
The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee that covers production and conformity defects (eg malfunctions, failures and breakages deriving from normal use, defects of the goods) of the products themselves for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.
The legal guarantee cannot be invoked by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.
The legal guarantee entitles the seller to:
at the consumer's choice, the repair or replacement of the goods, without charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively expensive compared to the alternative, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the product without defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconvenience to the customer; In the event that the repair or replacement is impossible, excessively expensive or late or involves significant inconvenience for the customer and is not effective in solving the problem, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or termination of the contract. In determining the amount of the reduction or the sum to be returned, the use of the goods must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to repair or replace the product, the contract cannot be terminated.
The fountain pen s.r.l. carries out the repair or replacement of the product within the maximum time 60 days from delivery of the same to the point of sale, excluding the time necessary to procure spare parts not immediately available.
In order to enforce the guarantee, the customer must by law:
keep and show the purchase receipt; report the defect within two months of its discovery.
How to exercise the Legal Guarantee
For all purchases made online on the site www.lastilograficamilano.it within two months of discovering the lack of conformity, and in any case within a maximum period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the product, the Customer can go to the point of sale of the product and the documentation proving the purchase.
Alternatively, the Customer can send La Stilografica s.r.l. a request for repair / replacement of the product.
The request can also be forwarded: by e-mail to the address info@lastilograficamilano.it specifying in the subject "Request Technical Assistance", by fax to the number 0229513436, by registered letter with return receipt to the address: La Stilografica s.r.l.C.so Buenos Aires 53, 20124 Milan (Mi) – Italy.
Upon receipt of the declaration of lack of conformity, within two working days La Stilografica s.r.l. will contact the Customer to communicate the procedure to be followed for the repair or replacement of the product based on the type of product itself and the nature of the defect detected, indicating in the form that will send to the Customer, the estimated date for returning the repaired product .

Privacy Policy
In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, containing the Code regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you that:
1. Stilografica s.r.l. with registered office in Milan, C.so Buenos Aires 53 - is the data controller of your personal data, which will be processed exclusively for the purposes related to the management of the file;
2. the processing takes place with logic strictly related to the purpose identified above through suitable tools to guarantee security and confidentiality both through automated tools to process, manage, transmit the data themselves and through paper tools;
3. the provision of such data is voluntary and any refusal to provide them will make it impossible to use the service offered; the aforementioned data may be communicated to some subjects for the purpose of managing the file;
4. During the use of the services, if the aforementioned cancellation proves impossible, the processing of personal and / or sensitive data of the Customer (ie personal data suitable to reveal your racial and ethnic origin , your religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious nature, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data suitable to reveal your state of health and your sex life) by La Stilografica s.r.l. can only be carried out with the prior written consent of the Customer.
In any case, the processing of the Customer's personal data by La Stilografica s.r.l. is not essential for the provision of the services requested.
5.ai pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003, the Customer may obtain from La Stilografica s.r.l. confirmation of the existence, or not, of his personal data.
