Delivery time
Products are normally shipped within two working days. Delivere time depends on Country.

Are the goods actually available in stock ?
Everything you see on the website is actually present in our shop and warehouse is updated regularly. However in some cases it may happen that the same product you see online is sold out for direct sale in the store. In this case we will contact you with waiting times details and we will still giving you the option to cancel the order.

Do you have other products than those on the website?

In the event that I would like to cancel a not yet processed order should I pay something?
No, in the event that the order is not processed yet, there are no expenses.

Are pens shipped with the original cases?
All pens are shipped with original boxes supplied by production houses.

Is it possible to engrave the pens?
Yes, in most cases, the pens you see on the website can be engraved. The initials engraved has the special price for online orders of 10 Euros, and requires an extra day for delivery. Email us to find out if the model you have chosen can be engraved, we will reply shortly.

- Is it possible to request a specific nib for fountain pens?
Yes, after registration and during the purchase process, you can specify the nib you prefer to have for the pen you have chosen.
