Shipments

The products that can be purchased on the site are actually present in our store and are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment (for the engraving service it may take 24/48 hours more).
However, in some cases it may happen that the product is not immediately available, if this happens you will be contacted and notified of the incoveniente and the waiting time will be specified; in this case you will be entitled to cancel the order and its payment at no cost.

- Delivery methods: 

- DHL courier (6 euros including VAT for Italy ).

Normally the package is delivered within 24/48 hours of shipment in Northern and Central Italy; for Southern Italy and islands within 48-72 hours.

Delivery times are NOT guaranteed and are in any case the responsibility of the courier.

- Pick-up at our store at no additional cost:

Delivery methods by cash on delivery (only for unengraved pens and cash only):

(5,00 Euro + 6,00 Euro shipping costs)

By choosing cash on delivery with DHL you will pay for the collection of the order directly to the courier at the address you requested.
