- What are the payment methods?

The payment methods accepted are PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery (for cash on delivery the courier accepts only cash and only on Italian territory).
For pens for which the engraving service is requested, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery.

- Which credit cards can I use?

The credit cards accepted are all those within the Visa and Mastercard circuit.

- What is the fastest purchase method?

The fastest purchase method is by credit card or PayPal, the slowest is by bank transfer (normally it takes 72 hours for the transfer to appear between our transactions, the shipment will be made once confirmed by our bank)

- Why do we use PayPal?

PayPal is one of the safest and fastest circuits to buy online; By clicking on "Buy" at the end of the order you will be redirected to the PayPal from which, in a few steps, you can complete the payment.

- What are the data for bank transfer?

We remind you that for the bank transfer it normally takes 72 hours for the transaction, the order will be processed once the transaction has been confirmed by the bank.

The prices indicated on the site are always in Euro and VAT included.

Some companies do not allow you to display sales prices online. In this case, simply click on "request information" and we will reply with the requested information.

N.B. Engraved pens or limited edition pens can only be replaced due to defects in form or manufacturing imperfections.

Following the publication of Decree Law 6/12/2011 n.201 (Official Gazette 6/12/2011 n. 284) "Urgent provisions for growth, equity and consolidation of public accounts", it is forbidden to pay cash to the courier, the amount of which is equal to or greater than € 1,000.
