The Montblanc Muses collection dedicates its second chapter to the fascinating life of Maria Callas in the spotlight, celebrating one of the greatest opera singers of the twentieth century and a timeless style icon. A special edition of luxury writing instruments and stationery pays homage not only to his extraordinary artistic talent, but also to his unmistakable elegance, made up of refinement, magnificence and drama.

The Montblanc Maria Callas Special Edition Ruby-Coloured edition is inspired by the charisma of the famous "La Divina", a nickname by which she was known in the most prestigious opera houses in the world, from La Scala in Milan to the Paris Opera House to the Metropolitan Opera House in New York. The precious resin of the cap and barrel is dressed in an intense ruby red hue, a reference to the opulence of the ruby jewels so loved by Callas, while the slender and elegant silhouette reflects her graceful beauty.

The platinum-coated clip is embellished with a ruby-coloured synthetic stone, inspired by the soprano's passion for precious jewellery, and features a delicate petal shape that pays homage to the rose dedicated to Maria Callas in 1965. The detail of a costume taken from Bellini's "Norma", one of her most iconic roles in the bel canto repertoire, comes to life in the laurel leaf motif that wraps around the platinum-coated cone, accompanied by the engraved signature of the famous soprano.

In the fountain pen version, the handcrafted nib in rhodium-coated solid Au 585 gold is engraved with the iconic "cat eye", Callas' distinctive symbol, together with the name that made her immortal: "La Divina". The fountain pen is equipped with cartridge filling and cap closure with screw mechanism.
